Director, actor, puppeteer, sculptor, designer and writer, Michel Broquin founded the Company Creature Odile Brisset in 1990. He was able to mix the visual arts to performing arts and inspire his performances, contractors human tragedies, questions , thoughts and often disturbing humor. Puppets and masks, grotesque, or tragic childhood innocence blur genres, borders and roles making it unlikely the more established certainties always finding strange paths to the sensitive, satire and poetry. His research on the joint game of the actor-manipulator and the puppet or object and interest in transmission and pedagogy led him to direct, for some thirty years of national and international trainings.

Any object, whatever it is simple or complex accessories (mask / puppet) is about meaningful scene. As Claire Heggen said: “This is no longer an object to be manipulated, it is a memory, a thought, a sensitivity …” and so poetic word.
